What if I am unable to pick up the package?
Packages that remain at our facilities for over 30 days may be discarded or sold to retrieve the cost incurred.

Can someone else pick up my package?
If you want someone else to collect your package, simply send an email with the details of the person to collect. They will need to provide valid identification.

How often do you ship to Jamaica?
We provide shipping twice a week by air and once a week by sea.

What if my packages valued in excess of USD $50?
Packages valued in excess of USD $50 are subjected to additional custom duty charges

Invoices for customs clearance:
When you place your orders online or elsewhere,please send us a copy of the order confirmation/invoice. This is need for clearance at Customs. Failure to provide us with a copy may result in the package being detained at customs or the customs officer is reserved the right to assigning a value they get from the web. This may be more than the price you paid .
